A QUICK INTRO

Name’s Adam, I’m 33 - Originally from Manchester, England ​now living in Fitzroy North, Melbourne.


When I’m not training for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition I’m ​training for functional strength. I believe everybody should be ​able to pull, push & carry their own weight and most definitely ​move without pain into their later years.

My Services

Every body is different, so we make sure you can choose a plan that works best for you.

1:1 personal training

50 minute one-on-one personal training sessions along with bespoke programming delivered via my fitness app. Feel more confident in the gym, gain strength, stay accountable and smash those goals.

Online coaching

We can work from anywhere. Via accountability ​message check ins and the same bespoke ​programming I offer to my face to face clients, it’s ​easy to stay on track and start making progress.

Boxing and group programs

I run regular 8 week group boxing classes in Melbourne. Classes are small and there is a big focus on technique, fitness and fun!


I also run periodic group strength programs, see below for details on the next intake and what it involves!

1:1 personal training

Make lasting progress with next level 1:1 personal training sessions and ongoing coaching

1️⃣ We have a chat about likes, dislikes and goals so I can download all of the necessary information to craft the perfect program for you to follow. This is updated every 6 weeks.

📱 The program will be delivered via my app which you’ll have full access to in order to view, track and log your workouts. I’ll also set you goals and habits to tick off in the app which will help with your workouts and aid in recovery 💪🏻

🏋️‍♂️ We’ll have x1 50 min PT session per week, fortnight or month (depending on preference). Here we’ll work through your program and spend time perfecting form and building strength.

list and macros in relation to your goals…

Rates (billed fortnightly):


Full programming, coaching + 1 PT session per week: 210

Full programming, coaching + 1 PT session per fortnight: 125

Full programming, coaching + 1 PT session per month: 110

Full programming + coaching (no PT sessions): 85
